Took a while to track it down, because I was in the process of wiring a generator transfer switch into the main breaker panel and the noise sounded very much like a 60 ...I have a 2020 Outback Touring package. I was looking through the settings for an autolocking feature that would lock the car if you forget and walk away. Like maybe 15 minutes or something. I found a setting for Auto Lock but that has to do with when you are in the car. I have that set to lock/unlock with the Park setting.
