It's been a long time since I've seen any 22 mag ammo for $10.00 or less. From what I've read it's on par with other rimfire ammo.

If it was me, and I hate to throw brass away, I would toss the short ones. Case wall measures about 0.011" at the mouth, same as my other 9mm brass. In the instance here, the diameter and weight are correct for the .30 Carbine - but the bullet has the wrong profile. They can be made to work, but the bullet will have to be more deeply seated. Armscor is nothing to worry about, shot good. At 50 yds I shot it into a quarter with 1 flyer from a clean barrel. At 100 yds I shot it (5 rounds) into a half dollar with 3 touching. I see nothing wrong with this ammo.
