If you stick with RXP20 wads, I would go with the 15.5 grains over the 16.5 grain load (but you are really splitting hairs as it is 1200 vs. 1250 fps). I just like the slightly lower pressure (especially if used in sub-gauge tubes). For 1 Oz. loads, after asking on this sight, I settled on using Longshot with the SP20 wad.

SP20's are good substitutes for the WW20F1 but are expensive if you shoot a lot. Try the Windjammer 20. Although the factory lists them as a 7/8oz. wad they work well with 1oz. if you use a low dense, sitting powder like HS6. The Duster orange 20 is a 7/8oz. wad, period. All loads were made using a once-fired B&P F2 Legend hull and Unique powder (the only 20 ga. powder I have on hand due to the current market situation). The loads were all made on a MEC 600, and I hand measured the charge for each load using an electronic scale and used ~50lbs pressure to compress the wads.

While I'm not a connoisseur of 1 oz. loads in the 20 ga., for those that just have to load such loads, the Remington SP 20 is the only decent wad left for these loads.
