I see you're using Luma Updater, get the latest Luma3DS files and place them on the root of your sd card, or use Universal Updater as stated above. But you need the files on the sd card in order to set up Luma on the CTRNAND, so the system can boot when the sd card is not inserted. Here's the guide, follow section VI.
