As a regular weapon, I don't find its moveset particularly good, especially for pvp. The ash of war is also fantastic against practically every ash summon in the arena as well. Yes, Fingerslayer Blade and Sacred Relic Sword share the same features like the spine etc. Maybe it helps if I show the concept art for the weapon.
