Don't let grade deflation be the deciding factor on whether you want to transfer to BU or not. It's not really a thing. They just dont inflate your grades as much as other colleges. Just do your best and your GPA will be (for the most part) an accurate reflection of the effort you put in.At Tulane, you can change your major freely which is good in case I choose to change my major, which could happen.
