By looking at the part numbers, there seems to be two different sized output shafts in the m30 trans. Make sure you have the right size/year. The larger m20 output flange uses the the same part numberI can personally attest that 300-350 is fine for the mighty Getrag. Pretty sure the guys pushing 700whp are still using the stock transmissions too, but I could be wrong.
