I haven't changed the front sight on my 365XL yet but think about it quite a bit. The x-ray sight is barely bright enough, or almost bright enough, depending on whether it's a glass half full, or glass half empty kind of day. This in an Ameriglo on a P320. The sight is nice and bright during the day. The center is normal tritium. I've got a TLR7.MGW makes a shoe SP 153 specific for the P365. I picked up one from Brownells and used it to replace my front sight to an Ameriglo ProGlo orange. No problem at all if you are used to using the MGW Sight-Pro pusher.
