The Ben Moore Ceiling Paint in Ultra Flat is what we use for high end stuff. We get the Super Kote 5000 for about half the price and I don't think the BM Ultra Flat performs twice as well. With our ceiling paint it is designed to apply better to textured ceilings better than another interior flat paint would. Obviously using Behr Ultra or Marquee is massive overkill on a ceiling so I am talking about the i300 or i100 flat. Behr ceiling paint (as are most of our competitors ceiling paints) is a cleaner white as well.Paints sheens can increase as if each layer of shine is building on top of the other.
