Outlook Inbox folder not receiving emails. I have three email addresses in Outlook. On one of the addresses the Inbox Folder has quit receiving emails although the bulk and junk folders are receiving email. I set up a separate profile with that one account and it is receiving emails although contacts are nowhere to be found.
