Aug 30, 2021 · I tried one last ditch effort before moving next to the HA RPi I’m using inside. I did exclusion again via the control panel, gave it a couple minutes and used the add node from the Z-Wave JS integration panel. Just clicked configure, add node, use secure inclusion and then start. It found it, polled it and added it in about 30 seconds. To find this, go to Settings / Devices and look towards the end of your list. If it looks similar to below, go to Configure and see what messages you can find.
