Looking to finally upgrade to a nicer steel offset smoker. I'm leaning towards the Smoke North Carlisle at the moment, but also considering the Workhorse 1975t and the Shirley 24x48. I've added links to each below. I'm having trouble finding which of these would be more fuel efficient.
