Ford f150 turns over but wont start.

I was driving home and the truck was running just fine and I shut it off now it will crank over good and try to start, i've dealt with fuel pump issue and the fuse is good, and the relay is good. When I attempt to start the truck, it will roll over fine, but does not start. If I leave it sit for awhile (40 Minutes) it will sometimes start. Also, if I crank it, stop it, crank it over a number of times, it may start, as well. I tested the inertial switch, by jumping it, but that didn't do it.Turned out to be the 20 amp fuse for position 27 (Fuel Pump Relay Power). Head lights and dash lights have no relationship as to weather your truck will start or not. They use little amps to come on whereas the starter needs lots of amps to turn over the motor. I hear it all the time the lights come on but it won't start. I have seen batteries go dead without warning.
