If anyone is interested in helping me out to get those i would appreciate a lot.But it appears that vertebra Shackles are quite a rare drop. I've been trying to get them at the appropriate farm spot (carthus catacombes right after the bonfire with the two red eyed skeletons) . As well as trying my hands on pvp (I also have the appropriate build mimic head,cristal sage weapon, golden ring, rusted coin and hollowing at max).
