When it goes into reduced engine, the ECM turns off the injector on the cylinder that is knocking, and it goes away. Guessing you can figure out which cylinder it is by turning off injectors with a scan tool.Remove the hypertech and try starting. Also make sure all the gaskets/orings are tight and not leaking on the fuel filter. Once confirmed, crack the bleeder valve and hand prime until fuel squirts out.
