Working at LifeStance has completely destroyed my own mental health as they tout rhetoric about how much they care as a mental health provider. Staff are given strict metrics they must adhere to and every single second of your work day must be accounted for and is tracked via programs installed on PC's (yes, even 2 minute bathroom breaks).Good place to get a start.
