That depends, if it's a bleed godskin peeler, stay with the greatsword, if it's a black flame tornado godskin peeler, use that, it's a giant shredder, does good dmg in general and stuns certain enemies. i'm staying black flame tornado. saw a bunch of people on other posts saying that bleed is good but i tried it and thought it sucked.
