Still all the same. The dpf and egr are deleted. I purchased a programmer and program. DTC P0090 is a Type A DTC. The ECM commands the engine to operate in the Reduced Engine Power mode. The message center displays Reduced Engine Power. Cranks, no start. I isolated it to the wiring harness, and sure enough there was a spot where a metal bracket had worn through the wiring harness.
